Tom, from Plymouth Angling in St Budeaux, Plymouth, has kindly offered to share his Monthly Fishing Report with SWSF. In his ‘Tales of the Tamar’, Tom shares with us the latest developments on the Plymouth sea angling scene – all, of course, with his usual style and panache.
